World-class facilities designed with the ultimate comfort and safety in mind

Our world-class facilities are set in 10 acres of prime grassland in the birthplace and global centre of thoroughbred horseracing in Newmarket, Suffolk.

Designed with the ultimate comfort and safety for horse and rider in mind,

the yard is split into two areas: a 12-box courtyard-style stable yard for Thoroughbreds and a 10-box stable row for show horses. Each stable is fitted with protective rubber matting and high-banked premium shavings bedding. A brand new feed room, tack room, hot water washdown bay and solarium adjoins the Thoroughbreds yard.

Just a short walk along the dedicated horsewalks to Newmarket Heath we have access to 2,500 acres of maintained training grounds, 50 miles of turf gallops and 14 miles of artificial training tracks and canters, each varying in length, surface and gradient. Additional facilities include lunge pens, starting stalls, even NH schooling fences and is open every day of the year.

A 50m x 30m outdoor floodlit arena, complete with full showjumping course and ground-work poles, has a specialised equestrian surface which is cushioned and responsive. The surface limits the risk of injury and damage to ligaments, strains and unnecessary fatigue.

Our horses also benefit from the use of a covered horse walker, multiple paddocks – including dedicated colts’ paddocks – and turn-out pens, a 5-stall horsebox with living space and in-situ hay storage and easy-use muck pit.

We are constantly improving the facilities to ensure they are in top condition, safe and comfortable.
